3. Fees for plus-ones and additional faculty members

Each member institution is welcome to register up to two faculty members at no charge. If you plan to bring more than two faculty members or would like to add guests, a fee will apply.

• Faculty members: Please ensure each faculty member completes their own registration.
• Guests: Kindly provide guest information on YOUR registration form.

Our team will be contacting you with the payment details for any additional attendees.

5. Dress code

The average temperature in Medellín ranges from 62°F to 78°F and is rarely below 58°F. However, our eternal spring also means that there may be some unexpected rain. We encourage you to bring a light jacket and umbrella with you.

For our meeting’s activities, please follow the recommended dress code:

• Pre-conference cultural activity: casual. Wear comfortable shoes.
• Welcome reception: business casual.
• Thursday and Friday’s sessions on-campus: business casual.
• Gala Dinner: business formal/semi-formal attire.
• Post-conference cultural activity: casual.
